Among the noble cuts of beef, entrecôte lends itself to being cooked in different ways. There are those who prefer it simply grilled on the grill and those who use it to make the cut but being an extremely tender and tasty cut it is practically impossible to make a “wrong” dish with entrecôte. The format we offer is the slice of about 300 gr, ready to put on the grill for a few minutes, tasting it slightly “to the blood” with a drizzle of oil and a little salt.
